Meditating on your own can be challenging, which is why many people participate in guided group meditation. Beth will bring you into a relaxed state where your mind and body are at rest and you are able to leave behind the stress of everyday life. You will be guided through a process where you are able to balance your emotions and exist in the peace of the present moment.  Through this practice you will experience deep restoration and replenishment.

Beth employs iRest Yoga Nidra program in her meditation. Students can expect to lie down or sit comfortably during the practice.
